“My experience with Carol was nothing short of a blessing. The mission of this company is to alleviate us brides of our many stressors and without a doubt, that’s exactly what she did. Upon our first consultation, Carol’s mission, vision, and professionalism was made plainly clear. She researched resorts, contacted them, and sent us quotes, proposals, and comps. Due to her extensive research and well organized quotes, we immediately chose our resort. From there, it was seamless — she arranged the rooming for all our guests, the airport pickup and drop off for our guests, and even created a plan for our guests who did not book through her; that’s what you call selfless service! I haven’t even gotten to the best part, she charged us… NOTHING. This company totally works off of commissions. I know I can speak for every bride when I say, not having an additional vendor payment is music to every bride (and groom’s) ears Lastly, she takes care of her brides. Upon working with Carol she sends you a welcome gift, randomly texts/calls you throughout your wedding planning to check in on you, and at the end of your wedding she sends you a farewell gift. She even arranged for me to receive a free massage from the resort at the end of our wedding week (SO NEEDED).
