Policies

To ensure you are part of Friends & Family Group and attend all group events, you must book within the room block. Third-party or direct bookings are not part of the group.

Rates are valid for a minimum of 3 nights. Inventory is subject to availability and will be confirmed via email.

Roundtrip airport transfers will be provided for your convenience.

Terms & Conditions

$100 deposit due upon booking.

50% per room due January 22, 2025.

Final balance due March 14, 2025.

Cancellations: All payments are refundable with a written cancellation request at least 7 days prior to January 22, 2025.

Changes: Fee free changes until March 14, 2025.
