We can’t wait to share this incredibly special weekend with each of you. You are welcome to stay at the resort for any amount of time, however, we have provided the itinerary and details for our wedding weekend activities.

May 3, 2025 - Arrival and Welcome

Welcome to paradise! Relax, explore the resort, grab a drink, and settle in for an unforgettable weekend together.

Welcome Drinks & Meet-and-Greet
Location: Pool Bar at Secrets Akumal
Join us for tropical cocktails, light bites, and a warm kickoff to the wedding weekend. We’ll do brief introductions and share an overview of the weekend’s festivities

Dinner at Your Leisure
Head out in small groups and enjoy dinner at one of the resort’s delicious restaurants — no reservations required, but we recommend arriving early for best seating.

Relax by the pool, enjoy beach time, or take a dip in the ocean. Snorkeling gear is available for complimentary use — it’s peak season for sea turtles!

Wedding Rehearsal
Location: Ceremony Site, Secrets Akumal

Policies

To ensure you are a part of Cassie & Blake’s Wedding Group and attend all group events, book with our secured group rates. Third-party or direct bookings won't be included in the wedding group.

Rates are valid for a minimum of 3 nights. Inventory subject to availability and will be confirmed via email.

Roundtrip airport transfers will be provided at a cost for your convenience.

Terms & Conditions

$100 deposit due upon booking by November 1st, 2024.

One night per room due December 10th, 2024.

Final balance due February 6, 2025.

Cancellations: All payments are refundable with a written cancellation request 7 days prior to December 10th, 2024.

Changes: Fee free changes until February 6, 2025.

Travel Insurance is available and highly recommended. The Travel Insurance that is available may cover you up to the total trip cost for trip cancellation or interruption for a covered reason and up to 75% for any reason (this Cancel For Any Reason Benefit only applies if you add the travel insurance to your package within 14 days of booking, not available for the state of NY). Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation, Accidental Medical Expenses and Sickness Medical Expenses may be covered up to $25,000. Also included is baggage protection and worldwide emergency assistance. It is a cancellation/interruption insurance with medical benefits. Your health insurance may not cover you outside of the US.
