Important Information for Our Guests:

While you’re welcome to bring anyone you'd like to the Dominican Republic, we kindly ask that only those named on the save the dates/invitations attend the ceremony and reception. Plus-ones are limited to those who are married or engaged.

This is an adults-only celebration, and we kindly request that no children attend the ceremony or reception. If you plan to bring your child(ren) to the DR, please make arrangements for child care.

RSVP & Accommodation Details:

To confirm your attendance, booking your accommodations through our travel coordinator will serve as your RSVP. If you have not secured your hotel stay by July 24th, 2025, we will assume that you are unable to join us on our special day. Please note, a $250 deposit is required to reserve your room. Should you have any questions or need assistance with your booking, please don't hesitate to reach out to our travel coordinator, Carol Ebua.

Confidentiality Request:

We kindly ask that you refrain from sharing wedding details with others, as some guests may not yet be aware of their invitation status. Your discretion is greatly appreciated.

A luxury retreat perfect for families or couples, Dreams Onyx Resort & Spa offers 806 elegant suites—including a family section with connecting rooms and two-bedroom suites—plus a kids’ club, teen club, and water park. Enjoy limitless gourmet dining and top-shelf beverages at our 11 dining options and 11 bars.

Policies

To ensure you are a part of Kia & Bernard’s Wedding Group and attend all group events, book with our secured group rates. Third-party or direct bookings won't be included in the wedding group.

Rates are valid for a minimum of 3 nights. Inventory subject to availability and will be confirmed via email.

Roundtrip airport transfers will be provided at a cost for your convenience.

Terms & Conditions

$250 deposit per room, non refundable after November 26th, 2025.

One night per room due December 26th, 2025.

Final balance due January 27th, 2026.

Cancellations: All payments are refundable with a written cancellation request 7 days prior to November 26th, 2025.

Changes: Fee free changes until January 27th, 2026.
