Policies

To ensure you are part of Cinthia & Joe’s Wedding Group and attend all group events, you must book within the room block. Third-party or direct bookings are not part of the wedding group.

Rates are valid for a minimum of 3 nights. Inventory subject to availability and will be confirmed via email.

Roundtrip airport transfers are included.

Terms & Conditions

$100 deposit due upon bookings.

Final balance due October 2nd, 2025.

Cancellations: All payments are refundable with a written cancellation request at least 7 days prior to October 2nd, 2025.

Changes: Fee free changes until October 2nd, 2025.

Travel Insurance

Travel Insurance is available and highly recommended. The Travel Insurance that is available may cover you up to the total trip cost for trip cancellation or interruption for a covered reason and up to 75% for any reason (this Cancel For Any Reason Benefit only applies if you add the travel insurance to your package within 14 days of booking, not available for the state of NY). Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation, Accidental Medical Expenses and Sickness Medical Expenses may be covered up to $25,000. Also included is baggage protection and worldwide emergency assistance. It is a cancellation/interruption insurance with medical benefits. Your health insurance may not cover you outside of the US. For a brochure detailing what is included, please email us at guests@ourdestinationweddings.com. The cost for travel insurance is based on the cost of your trip, starts at $141 per person. For an exact quote, please email us. Travel insurance for each guest is due in full upon booking and is immediately nonrefundable.

The closest airport to the resort is La Romana International Airport (LRM). It’s a small airport located just a short drive from the resort, making it the most convenient option for arrivals.
However, Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) is the larger and busier airport in the area. It’s about an hour away from the resort but offers a wider variety of flights and is served by more airlines, which can make it easier to find availability or better fares.
If your city doesn’t offer direct flights to La Romana, flying into Punta Cana is a great alternative.
A: Yes, round trip airport transportation will be included on our invoice. Please send us your flight itinerary as soon as you’ve purchased your airfare.
A: Absolutely! All that is required is a minimum of a 3 day, couple recommend a stay from February 20th, 2026 to February 23rd, 2026, you will still get the discounted rate if you extend your stay. It might be better to arrive earlier than stay later.
